Adjustable PU Round Belt Butt Welder with Welding Soldering Iron and Scissor

This set includes 3 essential items: a PU Round Belt Butt Welder, an Angle Scissor, and an Electric Soldering Iron. The PU round belt welding machine maintains a constant temperature by heating to a specific degree, making it easy to operate with a stable and effective belt-forming result, preventing the belt from breaking. The multifunctional angle scissor is adjustable from 45° to 135°, while the temperature of the PU Welding Soldering Iron can be adjusted from 150°C to 400°C, suitable for melting PU V-belts, PU Pentagonal belts, PU round belts, PU tubes, and plastic strips.

The device operates on a voltage of 110V or 220V, with a power of 200W and a temperature range of 150°C to 400°C, adjustable. The scissor angle is also adjustable from 45° to 135°, and the total weight of the set is 2KG.

To use the PU round belt welding machine, the belt to be connected is fixed in the groove (usually V or O-shaped) below the aluminum fixture (the clamp main refers to the gasket and nut). Specifically, remove the nuts on both sides, and if the belt can be inserted directly into the groove, do not remove the nut and gasket. Place the belt into the groove, and then re-fix the gasket and nuts in a parallel state above the sides of the plywood, with a spacing of about 2cm or so, which is appropriate (can be placed in the middle of the thermostat heater).

For PU round belts with a small diameter, please place the round belt on the top of the tank so that the two connectors align. For larger diameter round belts or red polyurethane ribbons, please place them at the bottom inside the groove.

The fixed belt will be heated to the constant temperature heater (the best temperature for belt connection is 160-180 degrees). Ensure that the heat belt does not have any bubbles, as this can affect the connection effect. After heating, manually clamp the fixture nut to firmly dock the belt.

Once the belt docking is complete, allow it to cool completely before removing the belt and performing any necessary scraping or leveling.
