This versatile roaster can handle more than just coffee beans. It can also roast a variety of nuts and seeds, including cashew nuts, peanuts, melon seeds, pine nuts, lotus seeds, and pistachios, as long as they are at least 2mm in diameter. The direct flame simulation roasting method used by this machine provides better flavor than hot air roasting.

The roaster features a 5mm thick quartz glass chamber, allowing you to clearly observe the entire process of the beans or other items changing color from light to dark without the need for a sample scoop. This design enables you to roast multiple batches without interruption.

The coffee bean dehulling and cooling system is integrated into the base of the roaster. This system includes a power adapter, a 304 stainless steel plate, a standard sieve, a retractable high-temperature resistant aluminum tube, and an exhaust fan. The daily cleaning of the coffee bean bin is a straightforward process, as it can be done without any tools – simply rotate the three spring screws on the front of the drum by hand to remove the quartz glass for cleaning.
