Fixed Product Connection
The belt is fixed in a groove (usually a V or O-groove) below the aluminum fixture. Specifically: - Remove the nuts on both sides of the nut. - If the belt can be inserted directly into the groove, no further actions are needed. - If the belt needs additional gaskets and nuts, re-fix them in the groove above the sides of the plywood in a parallel state. A spacing of about 2cm is appropriate. Place this arrangement near the thermostat heater for optimal heating.
Tips for Installation
- For a PU round belt with a small diameter, place it on the top of the tank to ensure proper alignment with the 2 connectors.
- For larger diameter round belts or red polyurethane ribbons, place them at the bottom inside the groove.
Heating Process
- Heat the belt to the constant temperature of 160-180 degrees Celsius. Ensure the belt is bubble-free to avoid affecting the connection effect.
- After docking, manually tighten the clamp nut to secure the belt connection firmly.
Post-Processing
- After completing the belt docking, allow the fixture to cool completely.
- Carefully remove the belt, followed by scraping and leveling to ensure a clean and secure fit.
