1. Fastening: The belt to be connected is fixed in the groove (usually V-, O-groove) below the aluminum bracket. Depending on the diameter of the belt, if the belt can be inserted directly into the groove, the nuts and gasket do not need to be removed. The belt is then placed into the groove, and the gasket and nuts are refastened in the groove above the sides of the plywood in a parallel state, with a distance of approximately 2 cm.

2. Heating: The belt is heated with the constant temperature heating (the best temperature for belt connection is 250°C). The fixed belt must be heated without forming bubbles, which would affect the connection effect. The docking of the device is then manually heated, and the clamping nut is tightly secured to dock the belt.

3. Finishing: After completing the docking of the belt, the belt is allowed to cool completely, and then it is scraped and leveled.
