Ultrasonic Spot Welding Machine for Farm Conveyors and Plastic Cloth

The Ultrasonic Welding Machine operates on the principle of generating a high-voltage, high-frequency (28KHz or 20KHz) signal using a generator. This signal is then converted into high-frequency mechanical vibration through an energy conversion system and applied to the plastic workpiece. The friction between the workpiece's surface and its molecules causes the temperature at the interface to rise, eventually reaching the melting point of the workpiece. Once the vibration stops, the workpiece is cooled and shaped under pressure, forming a strong molecular bond and achieving a welding strength close to that of the raw material.

The machine features two welding heads and a standard host size of 265195130(mm). It operates at a rated voltage of 110-125V~ and a rated power of 700W, with a working frequency of 28KHz. The net weight of the machine is 4KG, and it comes with 2 welding heads.

The control panel includes: - Power switch: Turns on the ultrasonic generator. - Test button (TEST): Checks the ultrasonic system's functionality. - Power indicator light (green): Indicates the ultrasonic generator is powered on. - Ultrasonic indicator light (blue): Illuminates when the ultrasonic generator is active. - Overload indicator light (red): Lights up when an overload occurs, typically triggered by excessive pressing force. - Progress bar: Visually represents the overload status, with the overload indicator lighting up when overloaded. - Welding time setting: Adjust the welding time by using the left shift arrow to move the blinking cursor and the up arrow to set the desired value.

Important considerations: - Wear protective goggles before operating the machine. - Only trained operators are allowed to use the ultrasonic welding machine. - Ensure proper cable connections and grounding before use. - The machine can weld plastic materials like PP, PVC, PET, and ABS, with a thickness generally not exceeding 2mm. The two welding parts must have the same or similar melting points. - Metals cannot be welded with this machine; do not place metal materials between the welding parts. - Maintain close contact between the two parts to be welded, and use a pressing fixture if necessary. - Avoid touching the welding head during operation to prevent burns. - Regularly maintain the machine and disconnect the power supply before any service or repair. - Do not open the machine's shell or modify it without authorization. - Immediately stop using the machine if any abnormal conditions (e.g., unusual sounds) occur during welding and contact after-sales personnel.
